A: Tickets can be purchased ahead of time on our website or at the box office during hours of operation. We accept cash and card (note: the card processor adds a small fee). The box office closes 15 minutes before the haunt ends.

A: You can arrive anytime between 7:00 PM and 15 minutes before posted closing time. You must be inside the gates at least 15 minutes before closing to ensure you can experience all three attractions.

Q: How scary is Dark Castle?
A: Dark Castle is designed to be an intense, full-sensory haunted experience. We use sound, lighting, actors, and environments to create terrifying fun. It may be too intense for young guests or anyone sensitive to scares.
Q: Are the actors allowed to touch you?
A: No. Our actors will not touch you — and guests are not permitted to touch the actors or props. You may get close, but we keep it hands-free for everyone’s safety.
Q: What attractions are included?
A: Your ticket includes access to all three haunted attractions at Dark Castle. RIP ticket holders also get fastpass access and RIP Room privileges.
Q: Do you use strobe lights or fog?
A: Yes. Expect strobe lighting, fog, loud sounds, darkness, and other sensory effects. Guests with epilepsy, asthma, or other health conditions should use caution.
